Please read and understand our terms and conditions for using the site. They are there to benefit both yourselves and the other site residents.

Conditions of Stay

A minimum non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per night,per unit is required when booking a pitch.

The full balance of the booking is due 7 days before arrival, notifying us of any alterations to the booking including day visitors in good time (see charges applicable).

Pitches must be vacated by 11am and arrivals after 2pm and before 8pm . Requests to extend visits may be allowed where possible.

Well behaved dogs are welcome on the condition that they are kept on leads at all times and any fouling be picked up immediately.

Our hook up pitches can only accommodate a maximum width of 4.5 mts so if you have a large awning you may not be able to erect that on these pitches.

All vehicles must observe the 10mph speed limit- to ensure the safety of children on the site.

Vehicles should avoid driving on the grass other than to access their pitch.

Trees, bushes and shrubs on the site are protected under SSSI regulations. Do not cut/damage them in any way.

No open camp fires or raised fires on the grass area. These are only permitted on the foreshore close to the water’s edge. The use of fire pits etc around the camping area is not allowed.

No Chinese lanterns/fireworks.

No ground BBQs on any grass areas. All BBQs must be raised at least 40cms of the grass. Please ensure the ash is cool before disposal.

Any refuse must be recycled. Paper, cardboard, cans, metal plastic and glass all go in one bin with other items such as food waste, plastic bags, old tents etc in the other bins.
Young children must be supervised at all time in the toilet and shower block

All awning ground sheets should be eco friendly and we ask that you move Tent every Six days to prevent ground damage.

All boats to be parked near the foreshore and not obstructing the launch area.

Flying of drones with owners permission only.

All boat launching, canoeing and fishing requires a Park permit which can be obtained from Reception [acting as agents for SNPA] the or from the Snowdonia National Parks office in Bala.

Groups booking must be done so via prior arrangement, No stag/hen or adult parties and we request that noise be kept to a minimum so not to disturb fellow campers.

Loud radios /music is not allowed. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10.00pm unruly behaviour will not be tolerated.

We are in a Dark Sky Reserve and therefore ask that all lighting is kept to a minimum to avoid light pollution. Please turn off outside lights on retiring to bed.

Tents requiring electrical hook up must have the proper hook up cable with circuit breaker. Generators are not permitted.

The owners reserve the right to ask person(s) to vacate their pitch if not adhering to the above terms.

The owner will not be held responsible for any damage or loss to any persons or their property.
