Conditions of Stay
A non-refundable deposit of £10 per unit night booked is required when booking a pitch. The full balance of the booking is due 7 days before arrival via a payment link which we send to you. Payments are non-refundable unless the campsite cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, so please ensure that you have insurance cover in the event you have to cancel your booking. Deposit payments are NOT transferable to another third party or date unless by prior agreement with us. If you have to cut your stay short for any reason, you will not be entitled to any refunds.
COVID-19. You must follow NHS guidelines on Covid-19 whilst on site. They can be found here: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/ If you or any member of your group is displaying any symptoms, you must not travel to the site, you must leave the campsite if already on site and return home as soon as possible and you must not self-isolate at the campsite.
You must adhere to Covid-19 guidelines on the site and respect the rules imposed to protect staff, guests and the local community.
Check in time is between 2pm until 8 pm. Late arrivals must notify us in advance and must arrive no later than 10pm.
Well behaved dogs are welcome on the condition that they are kept on leads at all times and any fouling picked up immediately.
All vehicles must observe the 10mph speed limit- to ensure the safety of children on the site.
Vehicles should avoid driving on the grass other than to access their pitch.
Trees, bushes and shrubs on the site are protected under SSSI regulations. Do not cut/damage them in any way.
No open camp fires or raised fires on the grass area. These are only permitted on the fore shore close to the water’s edge. The use of fire pits etc around the camping area is not allowed due to the risk of sparks etc. No Chinese lanterns or fireworks.
No ground BBQs on any grass areas. All BBQs must be raised at least 40cms of the grass. Please ensure the ash is cool before disposal.
Any refuse must be recycled. Paper, cardboard, cans, metal plastic and glass all go in one bin with other items such as food waste, plastic bags, old tents, chairs and bulky items must be taken home with you.
Young children must be supervised at all time in the toilet and shower block.
All awning ground sheets should be eco friendly and we ask that you move them every five days to prevent ground damage. Tents will be required to move on the pitch after 6 days. We will assist you with this move
All boats to be parked near the foreshore and not obstructing the launch area.
All boat launching, canoeing and fishing requires a permit which can be obtained from Reception [acting as agents to the SNPA] or from the Snowdonia National Park’s Parks office in Bala.
Groups bookings must be done via prior arrangement, No stag/hen or adult parties and we request that noise be kept to a minimum so not to disturb fellow campers.
Loud radios /music is not allowed. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10.00pm unruly behaviour will not be tolerated.
We are in a Dark Sky Reserve and therefore ask that all lighting is kept to a minimum to avoid light pollution. Please turn off outside lights on retiring to bed
We do not allow the use of drones on site.
Tents requiring electrical hook up must have the correct hook up cable with circuit breaker.
Pitches must be vacated by 11am. Requests to extend visits may be allowed where possible.
Our hook up pitches can only accommodate a maximum width of 4.5 mts so if you have a large awning you may not be able to erect that on these pitches.
The owners reserve the right to ask person(s) to vacate their pitch if not adhering to the above terms.
The owner will not be held responsible for any damage or loss to any persons or their property.
